Definately not impressed with the range of the WiFi. I was flying the quad on football fields in the local park, with perfect LOS.

Got to about 50m and the DJI Go app lost connection, no more live video. After making the connections and powering on the P3S, I was able to see the drone broadcasting from the DJI Go app.
Happy with how easy the craft operation was, I switched off Beginner to try a slightly higher altitude. No issues with controller range or live video, (although I later found I'd not recorded when I thought I had, but rather when I thought I'd not - only take off and landings). I am new to UAVs, so started with Beginner mode all went well and reached 30m range limit quickly. Took my first flight this morning, wanted to try to catch the sunrise with my new P3S. Two configurable analog inputs accept most standard analog video formats.
